Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk located in Los Gatos, California. The successful candidate will work within the industry of Accounts Payable, dealing with data entry, account reconciliation and invoice processing. Key responsibilities: Processing invoices with the correct coding Handling accounts payable tasks Managing account reconciliations effectively Conducting check runs to ensure timely payments Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Utilizing software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks Monitoring and maintaining customer credit records.
