Lead Aerospace Electronics Assembler

Lead and coordinate daily activities of electronic assemblers to meet production goals, quality standards, and delivery timelines.Interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, work instructions, and schematics to ensure accurate assembly and installation of aerospace electronic components.Perform hands-on assembly, soldering, wiring, crimping, and harness fabrication as needed.Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications; resolve assembly issues and implement corrective actions.Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure compliance with company standards, aerospace regulations, and industry best practices.Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and production planning teams to address design changes, material shortages, or process improvements.Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including production reports, rework logs, and inspection records.Ensure compliance with AS9100, IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and other applicable aerospace standards.Promote and enforce safety protocols, proper use of tools/equipment, and clean workspace practices.
