This position is part receptionist, part social media strategist.
Social Media duties include: content creation, keeping an active presence on social media, marketing outreach, and collaborating with the team to implement strategies and reach new customers.
Receptionist duties include: customer service, answering phones/emails, selling memberships, keeping the space tidy and quiet, and cleaning duties at closing.
The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, a creative problem solver, and someone who can work without supervision. Candidates who are pursuing a career in writing and are knowledgeable about Hollywood/writing industries and trends preferred.
This position will be 12 hours per week: 2 shifts (4 hours each) in our physical location and 4 hours remote. The ability to occasionally cover other shifts is a plus.
Pay starts at $17-18 an hour plus a quarterly commission for all new members you bring in. The best perk of the job is that you will have 24/7 access to the space to work on your own projects as much as you’d like.
