Responsibilities

-In this dynamic role, your day will involve a comprehensive array of responsibilities business setting

-Assembling, reviewing, and analyzing a diverse range of legal documents will be a routine part of your day, coupled with effective communication and liaison with judges' chambers, court personnel, outside counsel, clients, and other stakeholders through telephone, mail, and email

-Your meticulous organizational skills will further be evident in the seamless organization of service and timely delivery of signature copies to chambers, as well as the adept management of the department calendar

Qualification

-Bachelor's degree or Administrative experience

-Proficiency in using document management systems

-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to transcribe dictations accurately and efficiently

-Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

-Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
