We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to oversee three e-commerce websites, lead digital marketing initiatives, and drive online sales growth. This hands-on role combines strategic marketing execution with website management, offering an exciting opportunity to shape our digital presence and grow our brand. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Management
Update product listings, content, and landing pages across three e-commerce websites.
Ensure websites are fast, mobile-friendly, and optimized for SEO.
Monitor performance and collaborate with developers or vendors to resolve technical issues.
Digital Marketing & Advertising
Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other platforms.
Optimize campaigns to maximize traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Execute email marketing campaigns and develop customer segmentation strategies.
Oversee retargeting and remarketing initiatives to boost engagement.
Content & Branding
Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling visuals and videos.
Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels.
Schedule and manage social media content to engage audiences.
Analytics & Reporting
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for website performance, ad campaigns, and conversions.
Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights to drive improvements.
Project Coordination
Lead product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar CMS platforms.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and SEO tools.
Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Suite (preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in skincare, beauty, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries.
Familiarity with influencer marketing and affiliate programs.
Knowledge of Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar email marketing platforms.
