Looking for a reliable, personable, and organized assistant to drive a busy real estate developer around Los Angeles and the West Side while visiting properties. This role also includes various personal and business-related tasks that will be added as you are trained.
What You’ll Do:
Drive to various properties, meetings, and errands (using my vehicle – no car needed)
Assist with both personal and business tasks as needed
Help manage schedules, appointments, and daily logistics
Support with light administrative and organizational duties
Business Hours:
Monday – Friday: 6 AM to 3 PM (for the most part, unless the schedule changes)
Weekends occasionally, as needed
What I’m Looking For:
Reliable and professional with a clean driving record
Friendly, adaptable, and comfortable handling a mix of responsibilities
Flexible schedule and familiarity with Los Angeles
