Overview:
We are a reputable bounce house rental company seeking reliable and enthusiastic drivers with their own pickup trucks to join our team. As a driver for our company, you will be responsible for the timely delivery and pickup of our bounce houses and other inflatable equipment to and from various event locations.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport bounce houses, inflatable equipment and other party rental supplies to event locations using your pickup truck, box truck, anything similar.
- Ensure the secure setup and takedown of bounce houses, following provided instructions.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner during delivery and pickup.
- Monitor and maintain the condition and cleanliness of our equipment.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and pickups, as well as any customer feedback.
- Collaborate with our team to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
- Handle cash payments from customers on the same day of the job.
- Calculate and record your earnings, which depend on the number of orders you complete.
- Provide a transparent breakdown of payout prices for each jumper.
- Be available for morning drop-offs and evening pickups, with free time in between.
- Efficiently manage your time to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups.
- Use your own pickup truck, properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Ensure that your vehicle has sufficient fuel and is ready for each job.
Requirements:
- Must have your own pickup truck in good working condition.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Physically capable of setting up and taking down inflatable equipment. (Training will be provided)
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing time effectively.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized.
Compensation:
- Pay in cash on the same day of the job.
- Minimum pay is $100 for a day.
- Earnings vary based on the number of orders completed.
- Each jumper has its payout price.
- Gas expenses will be covered by the company.
