Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Operations/ Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience while representing our brand with professionalism.
Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information regarding shipment status and services to assist customers effectively.
Handle Quoting and Booking procedures daily.
Track and process shipments to ensure deliveries on time.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system with Transoft and Microsoft Office.
Collaborate with team members to address complex customer issues and improve service processes.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance.
Assist in TSA and DOT regulations. TSA certification a plus.
Skills
Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
Proven 1+ year of experience in customer service/ logistics roles.
Familiarity with logistics practices in air, LTL and ground services.
Proficient in computer usage, including typing and data entry skills.
Ability to handle quoting transactions accurately and responsibly.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
A friendly demeanor with the ability to work well under pressure and with others.
