We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager immediately to take charge of daily operations at one o the nation's premier classic car dealerships. This is a high impact leadership role for a proven professional with a passion for operational efficiency, team leadership and automotive excellence.

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of our dealership—streamlining processes, improving workflows, managing cross-departmental coordination, and ensuring our 50+ team members perform at their highest level. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of top-level dealership management experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day dealership operations to ensure peak efficiency and productivity

Design, implement, and refine operational processes and standard operating procedures

Partner with department heads to optimize cross-functional performance

Monitor and control operating expenses while identifying cost-saving opportunities

Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and safety requirements

Analyze key performance indicators and operational metrics to drive improvement

Lead, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a high-performance culture

Act as the internal HR lead, handling personnel matters professionally and efficiently

Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align operations with business goals

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)

3–5+ years of leadership experience in a high-end or large-scale automotive dealership

Strong understanding of dealership operations and automotive industry standards

Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire large teams (50+ staff)

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proficient in operational tools and software (ERP systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)

Deep understanding of industry regulations and compliance practices

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
