As a Cleaning Coordinator you are essential in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and professionalism our company upholds for its luxury electric vehicles. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role that requires efficiency, attention to detail, and high standards to maintain our commitment to excellence. The Cleaning Coordinator ensures each vehicle reflects our commitment to excellence, creating a spotless, welcoming environment for every rider and enhancing their overall experience.

Job Title: Cleaning Coordinator

Department: EV Fleet

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (weekends as needed)

MUST PASS A DRUG SCREENING AND RANDOM DRUG SCREENINGS

MUST PASS A DRIVE TEST

MUST BE 23 OR OLDER

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of at least 6 vehicles per hour, ensuring they meet company standards for cleanliness and presentation.

Oversee and coordinate the vehicle cleaning schedule, adjusting as needed to ensure all vehicles are serviced on time.

When necessary, driving electric cars between parking lots and car wash stations safely and efficiently.

Work efficiently in a high-paced environment to complete tasks within designated time frames.

Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting shortages or equipment issues to management promptly.

Conduct quality checks on vehicles to ensure they meet cleanliness standards before they are deployed for service.

Handle light maintenance of cleaning equipment and tools as required.

Assist with additional cleaning and detailing duties as needed, including occasional weekend shifts.

Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding vehicle status and any delays.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Minimum of 3 years of driving experience.

Proven experience in a cleaning or detailing role, preferably with experience in automotive cleaning or fleet maintenance.

Ability to handle physically demanding work, including standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate tasks efficiently in a busy environment.

Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

In addition to the duties listed above, employees are required to: adhere to Tower EV’s policies and procedures; work in a safe manner; perform duties as workload necessitates; maintain a positive and cooperative attitude; communicate regularly with your supervisor about work issues; demonstrate efficient time management; demonstrate regular and reliable attendance and punctuality; meet applicable productivity standards; and complete other duties as assigned by Tower EV from time to time.
