We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to maintain multiple properties in West Hollywood. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, including gardening, hedge/tree trimming, pool maintenance, painting, electrical work, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on various properties
- Handle gardening tasks including hedge and tree trimming
- Maintain swimming pools to ensure they are clean and functional
- Conduct painting, electrical, and plumbing repairs as needed
- Fix appliances and other household items
- Ensure all properties are kept in pristine condition
Requirements:
- Proven experience in general maintenance, gardening, pool maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs
- Must have own tools and a reliable vehicle for transportation
- Strong physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Position Details:
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
- Annual salary: $80,000
