We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking cleaner to join our amazing team. The cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, and general upkeep of our residential properties, as well as detailed cleaning of vacant units as needed. This position requires a proactive and detailed individual who can ensure that our properties and vacancies are very clean and inviting.
Key Responsibilities(basics):
-Cleaning & Maintenance:
Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, dusting, and trash removal, wash down and mopping as needed of entrances, stairways, elevators, and communal areas.
Sanitize areas, as needed.
Clean and maintain exterior property areas, including sidewalks, parking lots, side entrances
Respond promptly to requests for cleaning or maintenance services.
Ensure trash and recycling bins are emptied and properly maintained.
Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure the cleanliness and safety of all areas.
Report any security issues or maintenance hazards, and graffiti to management immediately.
-Inventory Management:
Keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify supervisor when supplies are running low.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in cleaning, maintenance, or janitorial work (preferably in a residential setting).
Ability to work independently and take initiative in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of properties.
Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks to a high standard.
Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with tenants and team members.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Flexibility to work in a variety of environments
Has a valid California's Driver’s License, and vehicle insurance
