Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Fire Restoration Project Managers for an ASAP Start in Pasadena, CA.
PAY: $30-$33/hr (based upon experience)
HOURS: Shifts will be 10 hour days starting at 7am
SCHEDULE: Work will be Monday-Friday; approximately 50 hours per week

Fire Restoration Project Manager Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to be a key player in guiding and leading crews towards all aspects of fire/smoke damage restoration projects, from initial assessment to final completion. This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and exceptional project management skills. We are looking for someone with project management experience who is well versed in fire damage losses.
Responsibilities:
-Lead, manage and assist team of water mitigation technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
-Conduct thorough assessments of Fire/smoke damage situations, including determining the extent of the damage and identifying the appropriate mitigation strategy for each project adhering to industry standards.
-Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders throughout the restoration process to provide updates and address concerns.
-Supervise the implementation of mitigation and drying techniques, including the use of specialized equipment and tools.
-Monitor project progress, adjusting as necessary to meet completion deadlines and financial targets.
-Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards and customer expectations.
-Provide training and mentorship to team members on proper restoration techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
-Stay informed about industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices in water damage restoration.
Qualifications for Fire Restoration Project Manager:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in fire/smoke restoration, including 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
-Certification in water damage restoration (IICRC certification preferred).
-Proficiency in assessing fire/smoke damage situations and developing effective mitigation strategies.
-Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
-Excellent project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and meet deadlines.
-Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
-Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in emergency situations.
-Valid driver's license and clean driving record
-Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE
-Must be able to perform job duties that require Bending, Standing, Climbing, Kneeling, Twisting

-Must be eligible to work in the United States
-Must have reliable transportation to the job site
