You must have extensive experience with the following:
painting
clean apartments when tenants move
help with complete remodels
patch plaster and stucco
QUALIFICATIONS
work history with valid references
valid social security number (you will be an employee and not an independent contractor
in good physical condition (not overweight)
pass alcohol and drug test
not afraid of height since the exterior height exceeds 30 feet
pass background check since we work in several apartments with valuables
Starting pay is $25 per hour
