Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Artisan to join our team, responsible for a variety of tasks related to high end home maintenance: drywall, plumbing and electrical repair, power washing, cleaning, pool maintenance, hedge trimming, etc. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in using hand and power tools, with a keen eye for detail and craftsmanship. This role requires creativity and technical skills to fabricate and install various materials while ensuring high-quality standards are met. Most importantly, has a GREAT ATTITUDE!
Responsibilities
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks, including drywall, plumbing, etc
- Restore and maintain existing structures through caulking, painting, and other finishing techniques
- Experience with electrical repairs like rewiring, circuit installation, lighting upgrades, electrical troubleshooting, etc
- Power washing with attention to detail with the ability to assess and treat surfaces with appropriate cleaning methods to avoid damage
- Regular pool cleaning (vacuuming, skimming, brushing), checking and balancing water chemistry, inspecting and maintaining pool equipment
- Hedge trimming services including hedges or bushes, removing any dead or overgrown branches and maintaining neat edges, ensuring proper care to maintain the health and appearance of the plants, disposal of clippings and debris
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during the construction or restoration process, providing solutions as needed
Qualifications
- Full-time
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Must be able to speak English
- Authorized to work in US
- Reliable transportation preferably a truck
- Resume or work history covering the last 7 years is required
- Provide 3 professional references
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as saws, hammers, drills, and other necessary equipment, must provide your own tools
- Familiarity with power tools and safety protocols associated with their use
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
