ProColor Collision is looking for an Auto Body Technician, Auto Body Painter, & a Mechanic with Hunter Alignment experience!
AUTO BODY TECHNICIAN:
As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible to complete repairs properly and efficiently in order to have the vehicle ready for delivery on the promised due out date. Read the R/O and understand what is required. You will restore damaged vehicles to their original structural integrity, function, and appearance. The Collision Repair Technician will effectively collaborate with the estimator, repair planner and paint department to achieve efficient vehicle flow.
A day in the Life of an Auto Body Technician at ProColor Collision:
- Repair and replace front end components, body components, doors and frame and underbody components as per manufacturer’s specifications.
- Remove damaged fenders, panels and grills using wrenches and cutting torch and bolt or weld replacement parts into place.
- Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment.
- Test repaired equipment for proper performance and ensure the achievement of quality standards in restoration and repair, in order to reduce and eliminate rework and warranty claims.
Our ideal candidate is someone:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience as a Body Shop Technician preferred Possess a valid drivers' license
Ability to work well under pressure.
AUTO BODY PAINTER:
ProColor Collision is looking for a Paint Technician!
As our next Paint Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all parts are sprayed to a consistently high quality in a fast-paced body shop atmosphere. In this role, you will collaborate effectively with the body department to achieve efficient vehicle flow while ensuring quality standards are met to reduce and eliminate re-work.
A day in the Life of a Paint Technician at ProColor Collision:
-Restore vehicle paint to original condition as per manufacturer’s specifications.
-Select appropriate paint or mix paints using automated paint mixing equipment according to a predetermined formula.
-Operate equipment to clean, wash, strip, sand, remove corrosion, fill dents or otherwise prepare items for the application of topcoat or other protective or decorative coatings.
-Operate automated spray paint, dip or flow coating equipment or other mechanized painting or product coating application equipment.
-Operate compliant hand-held spray guns to spray paint or coat large items with protective or decorative coatings.
Our ideal candidate is someone:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-At least 1 year of manual labor work experience
-Possess a valid drivers' license
-Ability to work well under pressure.
