Position Overview:
We are seeking Office Furniture Installers and Warehouse Operators to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive their office furniture installed with precision and care. We welcome applicants with a range of skills—from those who specialize in office furniture installations and warehouse operations to those who can take on additional responsibilities such as route planning, install team management, and inventory control.
Core Responsibilities:
Furniture Installation: Assemble and install various brands of office furniture, including systems furniture, desks, chairs, and other office essentials.
Truck Loading: Safely load and unload trucks using proper packing materials and tie-downs to ensure secure transport.
General Operations: Handle any additional tasks required to ensure smooth operations, including assisting with general warehouse duties and equipment upkeep.

Route Planning: Schedule and plan delivery routes to optimize efficiency and timeliness.
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of installers to ensure jobs are completed quickly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Drawing Review: Interpret furniture layout drawings to determine time requirements and the number of installers needed for each job.
Inventory Management: Learn and utilize our simple inventory program to ship orders, create packing lists, and ensure all items are prepped for delivery.
Vendor Communication: Use Outlook to communicate with vendors regarding damaged or missing items, and follow up as necessary.
Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse. Oversee general maintenance as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in assembling and installing office furniture required.
Skills: Strong ability to load trucks and perform general warehouse duties.
Tech Savvy (Optional): For those interested in advanced roles, comfort with basic software, including inventory management systems and email (Outlook), is a plus.
Communication (Optional): Strong verbal and written communication skills for those interested in vendor communication and team management.
Bilingual: English and Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and move heavy furniture and work in various environments.
