Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and experienced solar and battery installers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in solar panel and battery system installation, a commitment to quality, and a dedication to safety.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair solar panel and battery systems on residential and commercial properties
Ensure all installations meet industry standards and safety regulations
Conduct site assessments to determine the optimal placement of panels and batteries
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to both solar and battery installations
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns
Requirements:
Minimum 5 year experience
Proven experience in solar panel and battery installation
Knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
