Job Description:

As a Body Shop Polisher, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicle surfaces are polished to a high-quality finish, ensuring customer satisfaction and the highest standards of craftsmanship. Your primary role will be to remove imperfections, scratches, and defects from vehicle surfaces, preparing them for the final paint process. You will work closely with the rest of the body shop team to meet deadlines and provide exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Use polishing tools and equipment to buff, polish, and shine vehicle surfaces.

Inspect and prepare vehicles for polishing, ensuring all surfaces are ready for final treatment.

Repair minor imperfections, scratches, and swirl marks in the vehicle finish.

Apply polishing compounds and finishes as required to meet quality standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is in proper working order.

Work collaboratively with the rest of the body shop team to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.

Follow all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in vehicle polishing or body shop work is highly preferred.

Knowledge of automotive paint systems and polishing techniques.

Ability to use polishing equipment and related tools effectively.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality workmanship.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
