We are seeking an experienced Access Control Technician for commercial installation projects throughout the greater Los Angeles area.
Applicants must have direct experience with access control systems. Experience with CCTV, alarms, and intercoms is a plus, but this position focuses strictly on access control installations.
Scope of work includes but is not limited to:
Installing access control hardware such as card readers, electrified locks, strikes, and magnetic locks
Electrifying mechanical hardware like Von Duprin push bars and door handles
Installing and programming intercom systems
Basic low-voltage wiring and power supply setup
Terminating cables, mounting hardware, testing, and cleanup
Working with locksmith-related hardware modifications (cutting, drilling, rekeying when needed)
Troubleshooting systems and ensuring full functionality before closeout
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and is comfortable working at active job sites (mainly schools, offices, and commercial buildings).
