Job Description:
We are currently seeking a creative and proactive individual to join our team as a Social Media and Content Creator. This position will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Drive to different job sites to capture video and photo content showcasing our projects, progress, and team members.
- Collaborate with the office to understand the latest updates and developments on each active job site.
- Conduct interviews and gather video testimonials from clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Create compelling and informative content, including educational videos, promotional videos, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Professionally edit video and photo content to ensure high quality and consistency.
- Manage all social media platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and content creation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the construction or related industry.
- Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to travel to different job sites as needed.
