About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Passport Customer Service Representatives to assist applicants with their passport-related inquiries. This position involves providing guidance through the application process, answering questions about required documentation, troubleshooting online submission issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner

Form filling and printing shipping labels

Verify customer information and guide applicants on required documents

Troubleshoot basic technical issues customers may encounter on the portal

Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Deliver excellent service while upholding confidentiality and security standards

Qualifications

Prior experience in customer service, call center

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries at once

Basic technical troubleshooting ability (navigating websites, guiding customers through online forms)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Plus

Typing speed - 40wpm+
