Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner
Form filling and printing shipping labels
Verify customer information and guide applicants on required documents
Troubleshoot basic technical issues customers may encounter on the portal
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Deliver excellent service while upholding confidentiality and security standards

Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service, call center
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries at once
