IT Support / Service Desk Analyst
Location: 50% Los Angeles, 50% remote

Pay Range: $35,000 - $50,000

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated IT Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in IT support while working directly with end users. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up workstations and laptops, assisting with network configurations, and providing general technical support to multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS) and software
Assist with network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, switches, routers)
Perform basic hardware repairs and upgrades
Support end-users with technical issues in person and remotely
Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system
Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex problems
Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper asset tracking
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift and move IT equipment (up to 50 lbs)
