JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, nail art, and other related treatments. They should be knowledgeable about current trends and techniques in the nail industry and possess excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform manicures, pedicures, and other nail treatments (polish, gel, hard/builder get, nail extension - no acrylics) according to client preferences and industry standards
Educate and utilize the benefits of Smart Manicure and Pedicure technology to enhance nail services and offer personalized experiences
Provide nail art, designs, and enhancements as requested by clients
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon and workstation, including proper sterilization of tools and equipment
Educate clients on proper nail care techniques and recommend suitable products
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the nail industry, particularly in Smart Manicure, Pedicure technology
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Nail Technician license in California
Proven experience as a Nail Technician, with a portfolio of previous work preferred
Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and trends
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
