The Men's Locker Room Attendant role is responsible for maintaining exceptional overall cleanliness of the Men’s Locker Room, Restrooms, Fitness room, Club Cabanas and Upper Club Guestrooms and other common areas. This position should provide efficient cleaning service to members and guests with excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be a cleaning professional with experience in this field with excellent customer service. The schedule for this position is regularly 4 days/wk from September to May and then 5 days/wk during summer. Friday - Tuesday 5:30am - 2:00pm 5 day week and 4 day week would have Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday off.
Essential Functions:
Manage towel maintenance by maintaining ample supply of towels, removing soiled towels to laundry for washing and drying.
Restock supplies on a daily basis, soaps, paper products, toiletries.
Clean shower stalls, sinks, and toilets on a daily basis and when needed.
Clean all carpets and tile floors on a daily basis and when needed.
Clean Club Cabanas on a daily basis.
Clean Restrooms daily.
Clean glass throughout Fitness Room.
Ensure all House & Beach Rules are followed in the locker room.
Return all lost & found items to Security immediately.
Immediately report all maintenance issues to Men’s Locker Room & Fitness Room Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
At least 1 year of previous custodial and/or housekeeping experience is required.
Ability to effectively communicate in English in both written and oral forms is required
High level of professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent Customer Service skills required
Ability to follow directions well, use sound judgment and stay organized
High School diploma or equivalent
Work Hours
This position is an hourly, non-exempt FT position with a work schedule normally Wed-Sunday from Noon – 8:30pm and can vary during busy summer season. Weekends and holidays are required.

The employee is exposed to working around inside and outside environmental conditions in high temperatures, and cold temperatures.
