What We Offer:
Competitive pay: $25-$40 per class (commensurate with experience)

What We’re Looking For:
Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through an accredited organization
Energetic, professional, and outgoing personality
Ability to lead and inspire groups with clear communication and enthusiasm
Commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences
Availability for evening shifts, with flexibility for morning and afternoon classes as needed
Your Role as a Coach:
Lead high-energy group classes with professionalism and passion
Provide individualized feedback and modifications to meet members' unique needs
Build positive relationships with members to create a welcoming and motivating atmosphere
Collaborate with the team to uphold the BFT standard of excellence
Foster a sense of community and excitement in every class
