It has been 18 months since we have had an opening for a stylist so this is your opportunity!
We have been named Best Salon of the Westside 9 years in a row and we want to keep it that way.
We are looking for a fully rounded stylist who has great customer skills, is punctual and runs on time.
If you have your own full clientele or don’t have a clientele you can easily build a clientele with the clients that come to the salon. We get lots of walk-ins, call ins and clients booking online.
We want someone who can retain clients. We are not a one and done salon trying to get the most out of each client.
You should be able to do both men and women, haircuts, blowouts, highlights, balayage, keratin treatments, etc.
We are a reasonable priced neighborhood salon. Our goal is to have clients come back regularly for their services.
Stylists here have started with no clientele and have built up their business and are making $100K+ a year not including tips.
Clearly, $100k is not just given to someone, but the opportunity is here for someone who is motivated and we can help you get there.
This is a chair rental salon and the weekly rent is $330. There is a $15 per month insurance fee you can opt into if you do not have your own liability insurance. You will also need a city license. We offer commission for the first 3 months to help you build your clientele if you want with a 45/55 split ( you keep 55%)
We divide up walk-ins fairly.
Included in the rent is back bar, towels, gowns,water, tea, coffee, beer & wine. Parking in the lot for clients.
We use Schedulicity for appointments (clients can book online, call the salon or contact you directly)
The salon is in the Marina Del Rey area with high density, high end housing with high visibility on a busy blvd.
