We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our dynamic team at our upscale medi-spa in Koreatown, Los Angeles. As the first point of contact for clients, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Working Hours: 10am 7pm, Tue Sat
Salary Range: 42k60k
Bonus Range: 3k5k per year
Position: Front-desk Receptionist/ Patient Care Coordinator
Job Description:
1. Greet and Welcome Clients:
- Warmly welcome clients as they arrive.
- Provide a friendly and professional first impression, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
2. Appointment Scheduling:
- Manage and schedule appointments for various spa services.
- Coordinate with spa staff to ensure seamless scheduling and minimize wait times.
3. Customer Service:
- Respond to client inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Address client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Check-In/Check-Out Procedures:
- Efficiently check clients in for appointments and check them out after services.
- Process payments and provide information on spa packages and promotions.
5. Maintain Reception Area:
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Ensure spa literature and promotional materials are well-stocked and up-to-date.
6. Administrative Support:
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing client records.
- Collaborate with other staff members to support the overall operation of the spa.
7. Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about spa services, treatments, and products to effectively communicate with clients and promote additional services.
8. Instagram Management:
- Managing our company Instagram account. Creating and posting content regularly.
Requirement:
- Bilingual (Korean & English) - Eligible to work for any employer in U.S.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with spa services and products is a plus.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and scheduling software.
- Previous experience in customer service or a receptionist role is preferred.
- Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
