Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calling campaigns to identify and engage potential clients.
Utilize telemarketing techniques to promote our products and services effectively.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for generating leads and setting appointments.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in our CRM system.
Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure high-quality appointments.
Negotiate appointment times that align with both client availability and sales team schedules.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the appointment-setting process.
Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to enhance conversations with prospects.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred.
Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales is a plus.
Strong outbound calling skills with a persuasive communication style.
Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with potential clients.
Experience in business development or collaboration sales is advantageous.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology tools.
