- Handling customer-related inquiries by phone, email, or in person
- Management of sales orders
- Administrative and clerical tasks
The necessary qualifications are:
- Quick learner
- Highly organized
- Strong verbal communication and writing skills
- Experience in working with exclusive customers in the high-end decorative industry
- Professional outlook and appearance
- Proficient customer service
- Great phone manner
- Works well under pressure
Software knowledge required:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Quickbooks (will train)
The following qualifications are a plus:
- Background in design/marketing/advertising/sales
- Digital photography
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite
- Website updating – Prestashop and Shopify
- Social media
- Graphic Design
