Hi there! Right off the top I need to let you know that this job is not hard but it will require someone with a great personality and ability to sound personable on the phone.
I own a video production company and we shoot social media marketing videos for companies and personal brands. We are going into a period where our current contracts are about to expire and need to start ramping up our own marketing again.
There are tons of companies and personal brands out there such as real estate agents, e commerce brands, influencer brands etc that need video because showcasing what they have is at the base of how they make money. We now need someone who will take our list of leads and call these brands to set up a phone or zoom meeting with myself. Don't worry I will train you and give you a script. I usually do this myself but I need to really focus on the shooting side for our remaining projects while we have them. I unfortunately have to reduce the amount of things I do.
As far as payment for this it will be commission based. I know I know commission only doesn't sound enticing but hear me out. Our contracts per client per month is usually around $2000-$4500 and our contracts last anywhere between 3 months-12months. If you are able to secure a yes from someone you call and we sign them as a client you get 10% of that clients monthly retainer for the length of that contract.
For example if we sign a client to a contract worth $3000 a month for 6 months. That means your 5 minute conversation just turned into you receiving $300 per month for 6 months. Now imagine if a week's worth of calls turns into you converting 10 clients. Now you are potentially making $3000 a month for 3-12 months all because you took a week to go through our call sheet.
This is how we make money as well so unless you do well we don't do well. Nothing sketchy here like magic weight loss pills. We are just selling video production services to brands that already need them and just haven't found a production company they trust.
