Description:

Responsible for recruiting, hiring and training of ISO/Agents.

“Hands on” management/supervision of Sales Agents.

Assisting VP. Operations main focus on sales

Developing/Implementing a sales force who shall support all Processors, Risk Management personnel and/or Underwriters, so as to efficiently process the abundance of merchant account applications processed by Global Processing Systems Inc

Delegate responsibilities to the appropriate departments, accordingly, to most meet revenue and/or profit forecasts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 Five (5) plus years experience in recruiting Iso's and Sales Agents (Knowledge of FDR – Omaha & Nashville platforms – Tsys - Global Payments – Fiserv.

 Previous experience as a "hands on" supervision/management

 Sales experience dealing with both small and high volume merchants.

 Articulate, with strong organizational skills (bi-lingual a plus)

 Minimum of five (5) years experience in strategizing compensation plans, lead generation as well as the development, operation and management of an inside/outside sales force.

$75-$100K+ is negotiable and shall be based on various aspects of industry history and experience.
