We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team offering internet and home entertainment services. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate is a self motivated closer with exceptional customer service and confident to speak with the public.
Duties
Identify and target potential clients within your assigned territory to drive sales growth.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our technology solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking opportunities for upselling.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve service delivery.
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional efforts with sales objectives.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory management in our CRM software.
Requirements
Proven experience in direct sales and having a closers mindset
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
Experience in territory management and the ability to analyze data to inform decision-making.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
