We are a fast-growing apparel manufacturing and distribution company based in Los Angeles, California. We are recruiting an experienced sales executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented, and quick to learn. Buyer relationships/communication experience is preferred. This position is in a dynamic, fast paced work environment and requires ability to multitask on various projects at any given time.
Duties and Responsibilities
Create comprehensive linesheets, prepare video presentations, and take high quality photos
Assist sales team in organizing salesman samples for client meetings/markets
Attend/assist in sales meetings with B2B clients
Prepare, send, and track salesman samples to clients in a timely manner
Prepare, send, and track sales and production fabric/print swatches
Take pictures and notes as required for sample send outs, meetings, etc.
Assist sales team with taking detailed notes from meetings and preparing email versions of market recaps, etc.
Maintain up to date inventory for products as required
Assist marketing team with seasonal photoshoots/events as required, including shopping for props, supplies, etc.
Individual must come to the company's office in Los Angeles, CA
Requirements for Success
1-4 years of experience in an apparel sales environment
Experience in communicating with B2B buyers and/or buyer relationships is a preference
Strong presentation, communication and writing skills
Highly detail oriented and organized
Must be perceptive and have an ability to grasp details while understanding the big picture on given assignments
Able to multi-task in a high paced fluid environment while ensuring deliverables are met within assigned deadlines
Entrepreneurial and gets things done type of attitude with a high level of quality
Must be proficient on MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are a plus
