Job Title: Sales Ambassador – Persimmon - Medical Aesthetics Training Program

Position Type: Part-time / commission-based

Location: Remote / flexible (virtual & in-person opportunities)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing college student to join our team as a Sales Ambassador for our medical aesthetics training program. In this role, you will be responsible for educating potential nurse providers about our comprehensive training course and job opportunities, and helping them sign up for the program. This is a commission-based position, meaning you’ll have the opportunity to earn income based on your performance and sales.

You’ll play a key role in driving awareness, answering inquiries, and converting leads while gaining valuable sales and marketing experience in a growing industry.

Key responsibilities:

Product education & promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits of our medical aesthetics training program to potential nurse providers. Inform leads about the types of services covered in the training (e.g., Botox, chemical peels, etc.) and the career opportunities within the medical aesthetics field.

Lead generation & sales: Engage with potential trainees via phone, email, and social media platforms to generate interest. Utilize outreach techniques, including cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals, to convert leads into enrollments.

Customer support & relationship-building: Answer questions from prospective trainees and provide them with detailed information about the program structure, pricing, and benefits. Build and maintain relationships with leads and trainees through ongoing communication and support.

Event promotion & representation: Promote upcoming webinars, workshops, or events related to the training program. Represent the program at local college fairs or beauty industry events when applicable.

Administrative tasks: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and conversions. Keep track of commissions and ensure timely reporting to management.

Qualifications:

Current enrollment in college (preferably in a business, health, or beauty-related program).

Strong communication skills – ability to confidently engage with people and convey information clearly and persuasively.

Outgoing personality – comfortable engaging with diverse individuals, both in-person and online.

Sales experience (preferred) – previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus but not required.

Self-motivated & goal-oriented – ability to work independently and drive results.

Familiarity with social media – comfortable with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn for outreach.

Interest in the aesthetics industry – a passion for the beauty and aesthetics field is highly desirable.

Compensation: This position is commission-based with competitive earning potential. You will earn a commission for every enrollment that results from your efforts. Additional bonuses may be offered for meeting certain sales targets.
