We’re looking for a Sales Manager to take charge of our sales process and help grow our auto body shop. You’ll be responsible for reviewing sales calls, following up with leads, and making sure no opportunity is missed. You’ll also be building and managing a sales team.

Listen to and analyze sales calls to improve performance
Follow up with leads and ensure consistent communication
Set up a system for tracking and closing deals
Use tools like RingCentral, Monday.com, and Slack
Hire, train, and manage a small sales team
Report on sales activity and results weekly

5+ years in sales, including experience managing a team
Comfortable using tech and organizing data
