Role Overview:
As a Marketing & Sales Assistant, you will work closely with our Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and expand our sales divisions and marketing strategies. Your bilingual skills and expertise in telemarketing, sales, and marketing will be instrumental in driving our business growth and engaging with a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Conduct outreach and follow-ups via phone and email.
- Marketing Initiatives:
- Help design and execute marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate on content creation and social media strategies.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance.
- Bilingual Communication:
- Engage effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and partners.
- Translate and localize marketing materials as needed.
- Team Collaboration:
- Support the Sales and Marketing Manager in daily operations.
- Provide administrative assistance and coordinate with various departments.
- Help develop sales divisions and market expansion strategies.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
- Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, and marketing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM systems.

- Contract Details:
