Customer Service: Greet clients warmly, book clients, answer phone inquiries. Our clientele is priority therefore this position requires communicating in various ways, in person, online and via text/calls.
Sales Orientated: Very strong in product/ retail sales. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall sale revenue goals.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all products, product knowledge classes in person and via zoom to effectively answer client questions and promote sales
