Job description
1. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for ensuring the profitability objectives of Executive Management’s sales and business development opportunities. Use and knowledge of Salesforce CRM and/or Hubspot highly preffered. Works closely with customers in the commercial car wash market to generate sales and develop productive business relationships. Also responsible for sales forecasting and monitoring the progress of sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle. Further, assist the Top Management in support of the overall Company and the Sales department’s goals.
2. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education and Experience Background:
Bachelors Degree highly preferred but not required. Preference given to individuals with
previous work experience in technical Sales environments.
Skills and Knowledge:
Use and knowledge of Salesforce CRM and/or Hubspot highly preffered;
Must work well within team framework;
Knowledge of SAGE/MAS Sales Module;
Detail oriented and quality focused;
Able to provide equipment quotes and contracts;
Communicate effectively, establishes positive working relationships;
Must be dependable and on-time;
Structure tasks and prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines and accomplish
departmental goals;
Sales experience (preferred) to commercial car wash entrepreneurs;
Exceptional sales, business development, negotiation and closing skills;
Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal;
Able to recognize and communicate the impact of design, configuration and other technical
aspects of the organization to Decision-Makers, Customers, Distributors, and internal departments (Engineering, Customer Service, Marketing, Accounting, Manufacturing, etc.);
Ability to read, understand and write technical reports, specifications, contracts and bid
documents (preferred);
Ability to travel frequently.
Must pass DMV driving record investigation and annual DMV pull program.
3. TRAINING REQUIRED
Training will be provided through Management/Management Rep. during the 90-day probationary period and will be provided periodically throughout the year.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
