An exciting opportunity for a dynamic Leasing Consultant in Inglewood, California. Hollypark Knolls Apartments is 384 Units, in an 18-acre guard gated community that has been extensively remodeled. If you are passionate about sales and customer service and have a proven record of success, then we'd be interested in speaking to you.
Responsibilities:
As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home.
Your creative and thoughtful tours will be customized to individual tastes, from recommending the perfect floor plan to outlining the best new neighborhood restaurants.
Qualifications include:
Minimum 1-2 years of residential property management experience or equivalent sales and customer service background.
Must work Saturdays and have reliable transportation, valid DL, & Ins.
Experience with Yardi Voyager a plus, but not required.
Working knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent work history and references.
Bilingual Spanish/English very helpful.
$22.00-$24.00 per hour + Monthly Bonus + Benefits.
