Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Sales Manager to join our Carson team. This role is critical in driving the financial success of our office by converting treatment plans into patient commitments. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, specifically in promoting and securing high-cost treatments like implants, veneers, and full-mouth restorations. This individual will guide patients through the financial aspects of their treatment options, making it easier for them to invest in their dental care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Present comprehensive treatment plans and effectively communicate the benefits of high-cost procedures, including dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, and other advanced services.

- Drive treatment acceptance through hard sales strategies, ensuring patients understand both the value and necessity of their care.

- Collaborate with patients to create customized financial plans, offering various payment options, including insurance, financing, and payment plans.

- Monitor and manage patient payment schedules, ensuring accounts are kept current and collections are handled efficiently.

- Maintain strong patient relationships, offering a supportive experience from treatment proposal to final payment.

- Track and report on key performance metrics, including treatment acceptance rates, revenue growth, and patient satisfaction.

- Coordinate with insurance companies and financial providers to facilitate patient financing.

- Work closely with the office management team to ensure that financial goals align with overall office performance.

Qualifications:

- Proven success in hard sales, with a focus on high-cost services

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial details in a clear and patient-friendly manner.

- dental experience not needed.

-must be willing to be cross trained in other positions within the dental office

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with patient financing options and dental insurance claims is a plus.

- Goal-oriented, driven to exceed sales targets and revenue expectations.
