We are currently seeking dedicated customer service professionalsto work in a remote
setting. We offer comprehensive training in a virtualoffice setting. Work schedules are
flexible and include evenings and weekends.
What you will do:
-Facilitate the member experienceby contacting members who have requested our
services and complete presentations via zoom in an interactive setting
-Identify, evaluate, and understand member needs and consistentlyprovides complete
and accurate solutions, including products and services
-Effectively operate in a remote setting and be able to navigate multiple systems and
programs while maintaining engagement during member interactions
-Enroll, maintain, and update records and member information as needed
