This is a full-time hybrid role for a Construction Salesperson at ATP construction Development. The Construction Salesperson will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals. They will also coordinate with the in-house team for project management and provide excellent customer service to clients.
Qualifications
Sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of the construction industry and process
Preferably but necessary to understand and interpret blueprints and construction contracts
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and organizational skills
