Position Overview:

Do you excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals? As our Construction Sales Manager, you’ll work remotely to drive sales and bring in new business through independently generated leads. This is a commission-based role with attractive incentives and bonus opportunities that reward your hard work and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage your own leads, converting prospects into satisfied customers.

Promote our services in new construction, ADUs, renovation projects, and landscape design.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed performance targets.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Collaborate with our internal team, keeping communication open and transparent.

Who You Are:

-A self-driven sales professional with a passion for the construction industry.

-Experienced in generating your own leads and closing deals – industry experience in construction is a plus but not required if you have a proven track record in sales.

-Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

-Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

-Comfortable with leveraging digital tools and platforms to reach your targets.

-Generally, 2-5 years of successful sales experience, with a documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

-Experience in the relevant industry or product category is often preferred.

-A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.

-Relevant certifications or training in sales techniques, negotiation, or CRM systems can be an advantage.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.

-Ability to clearly articulate product benefits, negotiate deals, and build customer relationships.

-Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and data analytics to manage leads, track performance, and forecast sales.

-Comfortable using digital tools and technologies to support remote or in-person sales efforts.

-Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and maintain long-term relationships.

-High level of customer service and conflict resolution skills.

-Expertise in negotiating contracts and closing deals effectively.

-Ability to overcome objections and provide value-driven recommendations.

-Proven ability to work independently and generate leads.

-Comfortable managing time effectively and consistently following up with prospects and clients.

-Capability to adapt to changing market conditions and evolving product lines.

-Ability to quickly learn new techniques, processes, and industry trends.
