Responsibilities:
- Provide security services to ensure a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents, observations, and actions taken
- Verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises
- Conduct scans using a metal detector to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed
Skills:
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations effectively
- Possess a valid security guard certificate or be willing to obtain one
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies
- First aid and CPR certification is a plus
