Looking to interview people that think they are qualified to be a supervisor for nightclub/event related sites in Downtown LA. Will be overseeing 7 to 10 other guards at any one time. Will be dealing with the people that work for the client as well, such as staff and managers on their end.
What I'm looking for:
Experience.
Ability to effectively communicate with guards, patrons, staff.
Confident, but very respectful.

I will not be interested in those that want to "have a good time" while working these scenes. Nobody that is there to flirt with women, smoke weed, hang out, chop it up with friends. This is not a suit and tie gig either, I prefer full tac vest or something to that effect.
I need someone that is PROACTIVE, that is able to correct guard behavior in a respectful yet direct way. You must be ok with loud music, obviously. And dealing with packed venues full of people that are out and drinking.

schedule is thursday friday saturday. 6 hour shifts that end at 5 am. sundays upcoming as well.
