Our client, a clothing company is seeking a dedicated and professional Loss Prevention Specialist to join their client’s team in Chatsworth, CA. This position plays a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all employees and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Vigilantly monitor and enforce company security protocols, ensuring safety and identifying potential risks.
Demonstrate a high level of honesty, professionalism, and ethical standards in all aspects of the role.
Effectively interact with employees, leadership, and fellow team members to ensure clear understanding of security policies and procedures.
Quickly identify security concerns and take proactive steps to resolve issues efficiently.
Approach all interactions with employees and visitors respectfully and with a helpful, service-minded attitude.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in loss prevention, asset protection, or a related field, preferably in a warehouse, distribution, or office environment
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle security-related challenges with a calm and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts as needed. Part time hours
