Interquest Detection Canines, is the largest private sector K9 detection company in the State, based in the Los Angeles County area servicing more than 190 schools, the LA County Probation Department, Universal Studios and Chevron Oil Refineries with our narcotics detection dogs. We have searches 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We're currently looking to hire one, possibly two handlers to help us with our workload.
You must:
High level of integrity
No arrests for violence or drugs
Be reliable and friendly (Customer Service)
Like school age children (175 HS/MS School clients)
Valid CDL/ reliable transportation for a K9 (we drive a lot)
Ability to house a K9 at home
Detection Dog experience
Ability to pass extensive background including fingerprint check
Team Player
Work Evenings and Nights as required (Universal Studios Horror Nights and School Dances)
Clean cut / no Tattoos on hands or neck.
