Senior IT Support / System Administrator
Location: 50% Los Angeles, 50% remote
Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid
Pay Range: $55,000 - $75,000

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated System Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in IT support while working directly with end users. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, server and network maintenance, and providing general technical support to other team members and multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite IT support for servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS) and software
Assist with network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, switches, routers)
Perform basic hardware repairs and upgrades
Support end-users with technical issues in person and remotely
Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system
Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex problems
Mentor and assist junior IT staff within the team
Requirements:
Knowledge of Windows Server and Offic365
Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems
Ability to learn diverse systems, software, and applications within a business environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience with Office 365, or remote desktop tools
Prior help desk or IT support experience
CompTIA A+ or similar IT certification a plus
