We are seeking an experienced and driven Wholesale Apparel Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in maintaining and expanding our customer base by managing high-volume transactions and providing outstanding customer service in our showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchase Order Management: Efficiently process and manage a high volume of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness from receipt through to fulfillment.

Showroom Maintenance and Sales: Keep the showroom organized and inviting at all times. Assist walk-in clients by providing product information, conducting demonstrations, and closing sales. Ensure that the showroom is always neat, well-organized, and ready to impress visitors and potential clients.

Customer Communication: Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with clients over the phone and via email, ensuring all client queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to team efforts. Must be a cooperative team player with the ability to also work independently.

Travel and Client Engagement: Travel to trade shows and client sites as needed to represent the company and secure new business opportunities. Driving is required for local client visits and trade show participation.

Language and Computer Proficiency: Must be fluent in Spanish to handle our Latin-speaking clientele effectively. Strong computer skills are essential for order processing, customer management, and sales reporting.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 year experience in wholesale apparel sales.

Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of work efficiently and effectively.

High organizational skills with attention to detail.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with sales management software.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed for business purposes.
